While student-athletes are not on campus, whether it be for summer break, a specific Holiday Break, or any other reason, it is important that they stay on Coach Ciolek's workout plan. A team is only as strong as its weakest player, so it is imperative that each individual athlete works his/her hardest to be the strongest athlete they can be.
