Welcome to Avila University and becoming an Eagle! My name is Brian Ciolek "Coach C" and I will be your strength and conditioning coach while you participate in your sport at Avila. My responsibilities are to help you on a multi-year process to improving you're athleticism. This will include developing your athletic capabilities like power, strength, conditioning and speed. It will also include other less considered aspects like injury prevention, mobility, mental preparation, nutrition, and rest/recovery. This development is a year round process that will include training during season, off-season, and to include when returning home on breaks. Therefore I will try to make myself and your programs as accessible as possible to ensure your ability to stay compliant to the program. The more effort you put into the process the more benefits you will receive. I look forward to working with you over the years and helping you achieve you full athletic potential.
