Bailey Graceffa begins her first season leading the Avila cheer program in 2026-27 after being hired on July 1.

Graceffa comes to Avila after a successful two-year stint leading the cheer and dance programs at Rockhurst University and has also held head coaching positions at State Fair Community College, Staley (Mo.) High School and Fury Athletics in Pleasant Valley, Mo.

In addition to her head coaching opportunities, Graceffa has been a staff member with the National Cheerleaders Association in Dallas, Texas, working with high school athletes from across the country.

Graceffa and her husband, Colin have three children, Gio, Sonny and Rocky and currently reside in Kansas City.
