JOSHUA ROBINSON SELECTED ALL-KCAC THIRD-TEAM DEFENSE
KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Following a junior season in which he ranked No. 15 nationally in tackles, Avila linebacker Joshua Robinson was selected to the All-KCAC Third-Team Defense, the conference announced today.
Robinson finished his third year in an Avila uniform with 95 total tackles and 69 solo tackles, both the top mark in the KCAC.
The junior from Stone Mountain, Ga., played in all 11 games for Avila and also added 3.5 tackles for loss and a forced fumble while leading the Eagle defense this season.
Robinson had four games this year with 10 or more tackles and had five games leading Avila in tackles.
In his three seasons at Avila, Robinson has amassed 165 total tackles (113 solo), 0.5 sacks, six tackles for loss and an interception.
