Jamil Hardaway begins his first season as Graduate Assistant for the Avila men’s basketball program in 2025-26. Hardaway joins Tyler Bredehoeft’s staff after wrapping up a successful three-year playing career at McPherson College. Hardaway averaged 8.9 points per game across 84 games in three seasons with the Bulldogs.

Prior to his time at McPherson, the Louisville, Ky., native began his collegiate career at Parkland (Ill.) College, playing a role on two MWAC championship teams, including a national top-10 finish in 2022.
