KANSAS CITY, Mo. – After completing one of the best freshman seasons in the conference, Avila’s Axel Scott has been named the KCAC men’s tennis Co-Freshman of the Year and was selected to the All-KCAC Honorable Mention team, the conference announced today.

ILLINOIS – Avila men’s tennis picked up a pair of solid wins this weekend, defeating NCAA D-III Illinois College, 6-1 on Sunday and Kaskaskia College, 7-0 on Sunday. On the women’s side, the Eagles lost to Illinois College 6-1 and 4-3 to Kaskaskia despite winning every match played.
